The Gallery Row Arts District is the heart of Outer Banks arts and local fare. It’s located in Nags Head, North Carolina, a coastal community surrounded by the natural beauty of the Outer Banks Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
The Town of Nags Head designated the district, showcasing its art galleries, dining, unique shops, and cultural heritage ties.
It boasts a vibrant community of fine art galleries, original design jewelry shops, chic boutiques, whimsical gift shops, coffee houses, microbrews, and family & fine dining.
The district embraces its natural seashore surroundings with sunrise fitness programs, certified surf lessons, ecotours, as well as historical & ecological visitor sites, and its own National Natural Landmark site.
The district’s galleries and shops present an evening of family fun, festivities, and various art happenings with their annual signature Roll & Stroll event each July.
Gallery Row Arts District is located north of Bonnett Street, and in between S. Virginia Dare Trail & the Route 158 Bypass.
